Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. We use them to keep the site working, to understand how it is used, and to credit referrals to gambling operators. This policy explains which cookies we set and how to control them.
The cookies we use
- Strictly necessary. These make the site function — remembering your cookie choices, and security. They do not need your consent, and the site cannot work properly without them.
- Analytics. These tell us which pages are read, how visitors arrive and where they leave. They are only set if you accept them.
- Affiliate tracking. When you click through to an operator, a cookie set by that operator’s affiliate network records that the visit came from us, so we can be credited. These are set by third parties, not by us.
Your choices
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept non-essential cookies. You can decline, and the site will work normally — you will simply not be counted in our analytics. You can change your mind at any time using the Revoke consent control in the cookie notice.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Every major browser lets you do this, usually under Privacy or Security. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of this or other websites working.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by other companies whose services appear on this site — our analytics provider, our affiliate networks, and Google if you use the preferred-source button in our footer. We do not control those cookies. Their own privacy and cookie policies apply, and we suggest reading them if you want the detail.
More information
The Information Commissioner’s Office publishes plain-English guidance on cookies at ico.org.uk. For anything about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
