Free spins are the most common bonus in UK bingo and slots — and the one where the word “free” does the most work. A genuinely wager-free spins offer pays your winnings as cash you can withdraw straight away. Most do not. This page lists the ones we have checked, and explains how to tell the difference before you deposit.

Is It Any Good?
This is the clearest wager-free spins offer among the large UK operators. Winnings land as cash you can withdraw immediately, with no maximum conversion, which is unusual — most free spin offers cap what you can take out. The £5 entry is also lower than most.

What “no wagering” actually means on free spins
When you win from a free spin, the money lands in one of two places. Either it goes into your cash balance, where it behaves like your own money and can be withdrawn whenever you like. Or it goes into a bonus balance, where it cannot be withdrawn until you have staked it a set number of times.
That single difference is the whole thing. Everything else — how many spins, what they are worth, which game they are on — matters far less than which balance the winnings land in.
The catch worth knowing about
A large number of offers advertised as free spins pay winnings into a bonus balance with wagering attached, and cap how much of it you can ever convert to cash. Two sites listed elsewhere on this site do exactly that, and they are useful as a worked example:
- 100 free spins at £0.10 each. You win £40.
- Winnings are credited as a bonus, not cash.
- The bonus carries 10× wagering, so you must stake £400 before any of it can be withdrawn.
- Conversion is capped at £200, so anything above that is lost regardless.
- You have 7 days to complete the wagering, or the balance is forfeited.
None of that is hidden — it is all in the published terms. But “100 free spins” and “100 free spins whose winnings you must stake £400 to access” are very different offers, and only one of them is described on the banner.
Four things to check before you claim
- Where do the winnings go? Look for the phrase “paid into the cash balance” or “paid as cash”. If the terms say “paid as a bonus”, wagering applies.
- Is there a conversion cap? Wager-free offers usually have none. Bonus-based ones often cap at £100 or £200.
- How long have you got? Seven days to use the spins is common. Seven days to also clear a wagering requirement is tight.
- Which deposit methods qualify? PayPal and Paysafe are excluded from a surprising number of UK welcome offers.
Wager-free does not mean no conditions
Even a genuinely wager-free offer will normally carry a minimum deposit, a qualifying spend, a single eligible game, an expiry date, and first-deposit-only eligibility. Wager-free refers to one specific thing: that you do not have to play your winnings through before withdrawing them. It is the condition that matters most, but it is not the only one.
Whatever the offer says, the operator’s own terms are the version that counts. We re-check the offers on this page, but they change without notice — read the terms on the operator’s site before you deposit.
