This policy explains what personal information No Wager Bingo collects when you use nowagerbingo.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We are the data controller for that information under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Information you give us. If you contact us through our contact form or by email, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write to us.
- Usage data. Pages viewed, time on page, approximate location from your IP address, referring site, device type and browser. This is collected through analytics cookies and only when you consent to them.
- Click data. When you follow a link to a gambling operator, that operator’s affiliate network records the click so the referral can be attributed to us. We do not receive your name or account details from them.
- Server logs. Our host records IP addresses and request details for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To answer enquiries — legitimate interests, so we can reply to you.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it — consent, given through the cookie banner.
- To be paid for referrals — legitimate interests, so the site can operate.
- To keep the site secure — legitimate interests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
We share limited data with the services that make the site work: our hosting provider, our analytics provider, and the affiliate networks that record referral clicks. Each acts under its own privacy terms. Some of these providers process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact with you. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months. Where we no longer need information, we delete it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — the cookie banner has a Revoke consent control for this.
To exercise any of these rights, please use our contact page. We will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
